[Bug c++/24009] [4.0/4.1 regression] C++ fails to print #include stack

Confirmed, 4.0.0 have the same issue.

To reproduce this on i686-pc-linux-gnu use cc1 directly so _GNU_SOURCE is not defined or undefine it 
in the source or invoke gcc as
g++ t.cc -U_GNU_SOURCE

the C front-end works still too.

I am thinking this comes from the tokenize before parsing start parsing.
