[Bug tree-optimization/23946] New: [4.1 regression] ICE: verify_ssa failed ("definition ... follows the use")

Compiling the attached test case, GCC 4.1 ICEs with an SSA internal 
consistency failure.  This works in GCC 4.0.2.
