[Bug c++/23749] Bad diagnostic

This has been complained about in other PRs before. The problem is that  
the following syntax is allowed:  
  
struct S {} typedef A;  
  
i.e., the infix-form of typedef. Since there are other PRs about this,  
I close this one. (I am forced to mark it as INVALID, though, clearly, it 
is not.)
