Thanks for the hint, Joseph.

I tested this with pdfeTeXk, Version 3.14159-1.10b-2.1 (Web2C 7.4.5),
and I now have a nice looking gcc.pdf w/ bookmarks (after adding the appropriate
include paths (using "-I") to the texi2pdf command).


Can the PDF files somehow be generated automaticaly?
