Testcase with fewer nesting levels of templates:

========================================
template<int> struct A
{
    static void foo() {}
};

void bar(void (*)()) {}

template<int> struct B
{
    B() { bar(A<0>::foo); }
};

B<0> b;

int main()
{
    return 0;
}
========================================

Compiles with optimization turned on.
