[Bug libobjc/24714] objc/execute/bf-10.m and others fail on sh64-elf

I think I understand why these fail.  The issue comes down to
PCC_BITFIELD_TYPE_MATTERS and ms style bitfields, we don't emulate them yet in
libobjc with the new config directory should help fix this.
