At first, I was under the same impression - not a bug - however, I'm not sure
anymore... Have also a look to the ABI:

section 2.9.3, and then the last sentence of 2.9.5/7... In your example the
NTBS
addresses (returned by type_info::name()) seem equal... ?!?
