Double backslashes in fixincl header (__FD_ZERO macro)

Are you sure you aren't confusing the lines in 
apzAab_Fd_Zero_Asm_Posix_Types_HPatch (with \\\n\) with those in 
apzAab_Fd_Zero_Gnu_Types_HPatch (with \\\\\n\)?
