[Bug fortran/20662] New: Problem with bounds in gfc_conv_intrinsic_bound

This is Walt Brainerd's fc004.f95.  A trace of f951 shows

(gdb) run fc004.f95

This is probably related to the other PR's that involve lbound and ubound
