I don't understand what you want here, a preprocessed define when -ffixed-reg-* is supplied.  Well that 
is hard really and not very useful as usually asm is not preprocessed.

I am closing this as "will not fix".  You should make a policy for your projects to use a define with the 
additional of -ffixed-reg-*.
