[Bug target/22120] New: -fpic causes an ICE on i686-apple-darwin

Compiling any program on i686-apple-darwin with -fpic causes an ICE

#include <stdio.h>

int main( void )
{
	printf("Hello World.\n");    
	return 0;
}

%gcc hello.c -fpic
