[Bug libfortran/22046] matmul_1.f90 testsuite failure

This was the result of another patch that I had been trying.

I had regenerated the source file, but with the wrong timestamp
(so it wasn't recompiled, and the object file was still around,
out of sync).

Resolving as invalid.
