[Bug testsuite/18333] gcc.dg/compat/struct-layout-1 generator cannot be compiled with gcc 2.95

The same happens on i686-pc-linux-gnu bootstrapping mainline with
gcc 2.95.4 (aka gcc-2.95.4-14 from Debian woody).

So it seems to be a host compiler bug or at least is host compiler
dependent.  From gcc 3.0 on it seems to work.
