        * config/mips/mips.h (processor_type): Remove PROCESSOR_DEFAULT,
        add PROCESSOR_MAX.
        (mips_rtx_cost_data): New datatype.
        (MEMORY_MOVE_COST): Use data from structure.
        (BRANCH_COST): Ditto.
