This works on a released version of GCC 4.0.0.  Please update your compile to the newest 4.0.0 release 
(Apple already released a new version).

Also next time please check with a FSF released GCC before filing the bug here.  Otherwise please file 
with the people who you got GCC from.  In this case it would be Apple, and the bug reporting web site
is http://bugreport.apple.com/.  The account is free.
