The same happens if I try to bootstrap fresh gcc HEAD with gcc 4.0.1 build
without athlon switches:

> gcc -v
Using built-in specs.
Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu
Configured with: ../gcc/configure --enable-shared --enable-threads
--enable-__cxa_atexit --disable-nls --enable-languages=c,c++,java
Thread model: posix
gcc version 4.0.1
