	PR libgcj/19649
	* java/util/Date.java
	(Date(int,int,int), Date(int,int,int,int,int)): Delegate to other
	constructor.
	(Date(int,int,int,int,int,int)): Fixed to handle out-of-range
	arguments.
	(getTimezoneOffset): Inverted sign.
