[Bug fortran/19669] New: [gfortran] ICE (segfault) on legal (?) code

Current gfortran ICEs when compiling the attached testcase. As far as
I could make out, the code should be valid. Reduction of the testcase
seems very tricky, since the problem goes away even if I remove code
after the reported line number of the error.
