Confirmed as a dup of bug 19327, -O2 -gstabs causes a bootstrap failure on ppc-darwin with the 
same errror:
/usr/bin/ld: Undefined symbols:

_par__ch5__p_exit_statement__missing_semicolon_on_exit.3174
