test case

This is the preprocessed output of newlib's e_atan2.c.	I cut out the cpp
directives and bzip'ed it.  

It does fail with the native x86 Linux gcc 4.0-20050109.  Please check if it is
the same as 19307 and update PRs/targets/cc's as you feel necessary.  

IMO this is important.	It breaks one of the most important targets for RTEMS.
