Broke for 3.4.0: Search converges between 2003-04-03-trunk (#220) and 2003-04-06-trunk (#221).
Fixed for 4.0.0 (by the merge of the tree-ssa):
: Search converges between 2004-05-11-trunk (#454) and 2004-05-14-trunk (#455).
Fixed on the tree-ssa branch:
: Search converges between 2003-10-25-ssa (#115) and 2003-10-26-ssa (#116).

Confirmed.
