[Bug fortran/19335] f90-intrinsic-bit.f produces wrong code with -fmerge-constants on powerpc-apple-darwin7.7.0

I reduced this testcase just like two minutes before, hehe because I had saw the testresults before but I 
did not know if it was because of my change or not.

Anyways this is a dup of bug 19334.
