[Bug c++/20195] New: Internal compiler error on legal code

g++4 yields an internal compiler error in do_nonmember_using_decl, at
cp/name-lookup.c:2074 when compiling:

namespace std
{
  template<typename _Tp> class complex;
  template<typename _Tp> complex<_Tp> conj(const complex<_Tp>&);
}

using std::conj;
