[Bug target/19889] New: g++.old-deja/g++.law/profile1.C execution test fails on ia64-hpux

The test g++.old-deja/g++.law/profile1.C execution test fails on ia64-hpux.
Not a regression relative to 3.4.x.  Using -static as the test does
on hppa-hpux yields a link error "Can't find library or mismatched ABI for -lgprof".
