It is not fixed. In gcc-4.0.0, the file that needs to be fixed is
gcc/config/sparc/sp-elf.h . It should contain the following:

#undef CTORS_SECTION_ASM_OP
#undef DTORS_SECTION_ASM_OP
#undef SUPPORTS_INIT_PRIORITY
#define SUPPORTS_INIT_PRIORITY 1
