[Bug libstdc++/17005] wide character strings don't work on HP-UX 11i using gcc 3.4.1

The Problem was using gcc-3.2 as bootstrap compiler. After using the system
cc the bootstrap finished successfully.

Now my g++ supports wstring :-D
