[Bug other/22313] [4.2 Regression] gcc HEAD as of 2005/07/05 fails to profiledbootstrap without -g

Fixed on the 4.1 branch, will test the mainline with --disable-bootstrap since
that caused BOOT_CFLAGS to be ignored.
