I see this on cris-axis-elf too, with local changes in progress of changing
from cc0, causing at least:

...
FAIL: gcc.c-torture/execute/builtins/memcpy-chk.c compilation,  -O2

...and it seems like the (updated) patch at

DTRT and works for me too.
