	PR c++/23586
	* parser.c (cp_parser_namespace_name): Move diagnostic for
	invalid namespace-name to here from ...
	* name-lookup.c (do_namespace_alias): ... here and ...
	(do_using_directive): ... here.  Remove dead code.
