[Bug web/21156] --enable-languages install instructions are erroneous

Ok, here is the story this is a dup of bug 17814.  First f77 is left over from g77, c is valid no matter 
what and what you are doing to get the language will not find that.  Second core just includes C.
Third, objc++ was added, well the web installation instructions are now correct for the mainline.
