Really the documention was wrong for 3.4.0 and should have said that -fobjc-exceptions only work 
with the NeXT runtime but since most people did not care about that option for the GNU runtime, it was 
not implemented until a part of the front-end had to be rewritten which is why it is supported for 
4.0..0.
