[Bug middle-end/17419] [4.0 Regression] Bootstrap ICE in stage2: verify_cgraph_node failed

Still not fixed. The reduced testcase in comment #2 now compiles,
but the original testcase still crashes. Here's a reduced testcase to
demonstrate this:

============================
int foo0();

inline int foo1()
{
  return 0;
}

inline void foo2()
{
  foo0()+foo1();
}

inline void foo3()
{
  foo2();
}

inline void foo4()
{
  foo3();
}
============================

Compiling this with "gcc -O" I get

tree-ssa.i:21: error: Inlined_to pointer is wrong
foo1/20: (inline copy in foo3/18) 2 insns tree inlinable asm_written
  called by: foo2/19 (inlined) 
  calls: 
tree-ssa.i:21: internal compiler error: verify_cgraph_node failed.
