[Bug tree-optimization/17522] ICE with -tree-vectorize

I managed to minimize VectorTools::integrate_difference to 13 lines but when I
remove line of code from some other (unrelated) templates (like
VectorTools::point_difference), ICE disappears... Anyhow I cannot reproduce this
with original testcase and gcc 4.0.0 20040917 on x86.
