[Bug fortran/17535] New: Regression in gfortran with module procedures

My m90 math library compiled without a problem on 02 Sep 04.  A 16 Sep 04
gfortran has developed ICEs on at least 4 files.

sjnm.f90:48: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
