[Bug c++/17511] non-local variable vs anonymous type error

This is a dup of bug 15049, it is suspended because nobody knows what is going to happen  for the 
next standard where it sounds like it is okay to have them but the current one says otherwise (or is it 
the other way around I cannot remmember).
