Danny, I see that you are using non-standard CFLAGS to compile GCC. This means
that either you found a bug in GCC compiling blas.c, or GCC itself is
miscompiled and then fails to compile blas.c correctly.
I would appreciate if you test this again using a GCC bootstrapped with
absolutely no CFLAGS or BOOT_CFLAGS env set.
Also, instead of the full blas.c/blas.i file, is it possible to reproduce this
failure isolating just the dnrm2_ function? If so, can you please attacch (in
Bugzilla) a minimized preprocessed source?
