[Bug tree-optimization/18178] New: Missed opportunity for removing bounds checking

We miss an opportunity to remove the bounds checking code in the following case (this shows up a 
huge amount in libjava and other code):
class t
{
  void f(int a[])
  {
     for(int i=0;i<a.length;i++)
       a[i] = 0;
  }
}
