[Bug tree-optimization/18092] New: Infinite loop in tree-ssa-loop-niter.c:inverse

Compiling gcc.c-torture/execute/20040307-1.c for alpha-linux will not terminate.
We attempt to find the inverse of 1 in a 1-bit type, and the algorithm does not
converge.
