[Bug rtl-optimization/15439] ICE with -fschedule-insns2 -fsched2-use-traces

Steven confirmed this on 3.4, but it looks "fixed" on mainline 20041004. 
Probably, it means that the bug is papered over. Honza promised to have a look 
at this, so I'm assigning this bug to him.

Notice, this is not a regression, since it is caused by -fsched2-use-traces 
which did not exist in 3.3.
