Added the Menu part from GNU Classpath examples as simple testcase.
Unfortunately after updating gcc again (version 4.0.0 20041128 (experimental)) I
hit [Bug java/18699] SIGSEGV in GC_local_gcj_malloc with this on i686-pc-linux-gnu.
