[Bug c++/18608] New: Configuration documentation mentions wrong flag

The configuration documentation mentions that configuring with --enable-
__cxa_atexit will get "-fuse-cxa-exit" passed to the compiler automatically. 
This should be "-fuse-cxa-atexit".
