[Bug c++/18581] New: ICE in 3.4.3, regression from 3.4.2

The following snippet compiles fine with GCC versions prior to 3.4.3
and aborts with an ICE with 3.4.3:

struct S {
  int i;
  int a[];
};

S v = { 0, {} };

$ g++ -V 3.4.3 -c bug.cc
bug.cc:6: internal compiler error: in tree_low_cst, at tree.c:3313
