The patch that caused it to fail is actually this one.

2004-11-04  Geoffrey Keating  <geoffk@apple.com>

	* Makefile.in (distclean): Don't delete nonexistent fixinc/ directory.
	(install-mkheaders): Install the version built for the
	host, not for the build machine.

Now I'm not going to rant much, because Geoff's patch was fixing a deficiency 
in my moving fixincludes to the toplevel; I'll work to fix this.

But it's not the fault of my patch that Aaron applied; and I want to note that 
the change to the stmp-fixinc target's dependencies is *not* mentioned in the 
ChangeLog.
