[Bug target/15661] Internal compiler error then building libstdc++ for the o32 ABI

It's --prefix=/pkgs/gcc-3.4.0 --with-gnu-as=/opt/bin/as
--with-gnu-ld=/opt/bin/ld. I installed binutils (version 2.14) the same way,
with it's own prefix, earlier and made symlinks in /opt/bin.

I guess gnu as and ld would be found anyway, I just wanted to be sure. I can
check what happens without them if that helps. But I DO want to use gnu
assembler and linker, not the native ones.

(I didn't mention the very nonstandard prefix first to avoid complaints about
it. I'm quite sure it can't possibly be the source of a internal compiler error
in a late stage of the build process.)
