[Bug c++/14791] New: 13070 does not fix -Wformat with fprintf

I upgraded to 3.3.3 because this bug fixed printf; it does not seem to
fix the fprintf case.

Configured with: ./configure --prefix=/usr --enable-threads
Thread model: posix

 g++ -Wall -Wformat -Werror -Wformat=2 test.cpp
