[Bug c++/14679] [3.4? Regression] g++ (3.4.0 20040317 (prerelease) ) failes to compile valid code (ICE)

The problem could be reproduced with the following code snippet:

==================================
struct A
{
    A(int);
};

template <int> void foo()
{
    A a=A(0);
}

void bar()
{
    foo<0>();
}
==================================

The bug was fixed with Giovanni's patch for PR 14545
