I don't quite understand why you keep reopening this report, since we 
are apparently unwilling to do anything about it. 
 
Regarding where to complain instead: a look at the first few lines 
of math.h tells us 
/* Declarations for math functions. 
   Copyright (C) 1991-1993,1995-1999,2001,2002 Free Software Foundation, Inc. 
   This file is part of the GNU C Library. 
 
So we go look up where the GNU C Library has its home. We find 
  http://www.gnu.org/software/libc/libc.html 
 
They also have a section about bug reporting. Now, as to whether they  
intend to treat defiance to a) reasoning about floating point mathematics 
vs transcendental numbers, and b) conforming to standards any differently 
is probably a matter still to be seen.
