[Bug c++/14571] [3.3 Regression] Templates typedef:ed to a name still take template arguments.

This has been fixed in 3.4 and mainline. This is also a duplicate 
of some other bug that Mark fixed a while. If someone has some time 
left over, go find it :-) 

It is a regression in 3.3 against 3.2.3, though.
