Is it reasonable just to disable the o32 multilib then?

In the old days, IIRC you had to build a separate o32 compiler.

Since fixing this is not going to be in any way easy, it seems to me that we
help our IRIX users more by giving them a bootstrap that builds n32/64 than one
that falls over for o32.
