[Bug bootstrap/16257] New: The C++ compiler is broken

Bootstrap dies on libstdc++-v3 because the C++ compiler is broken. Every
attempt to compile a C++ file aborts with:
poog% gcc/xgcc -Bgcc -S pr6882.cpp
virtual memory exhausted: Resource temporarily unavailable
